This plugin takes it further — syncing orders, products, inventory levels, marketplace fees, and payments from SiteGiant directly into AutoCount. Orders from all your marketplaces are recorded as sales invoices in AutoCount with correct item mapping, payment details, shipping charges, and platform fees. Why AutoCount SiteGiant Plugin?

Malaysian e-commerce sellers typically operate across multiple marketplaces — Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop — all managed through SiteGiant. SiteGiant handles order processing, fulfilment, and marketplace management. But the accounting side — recording sales invoices, tracking inventory costs, managing AR, filing SST, and submitting LHDN e-Invoices — happens in AutoCount. Without this plugin, every marketplace order must be manually entered into AutoCount. AutoCount SiteGiant Plugin Key Features

Product Mapping Across Platforms

Map products between AutoCount and SiteGiant using multiple mapping methods. Your AutoCount item code "SKU-001" maps to the corresponding SiteGiant product across all connected marketplaces. Supports package code mapping for bundled items, Multi-UOM mapping for items sold in different units, and UDF mapping for custom field data transfer. Product Consistency Checking identifies items that exist in one system but not the other — and lets you post missing items directly.

Stock Balance Synchronisation

Keep inventory levels aligned between AutoCount and SiteGiant. In Starter, stock sync is manual — trigger when needed. In Essential and Premium, stock sync is automatic — when stock changes in AutoCount (purchase received, stock adjusted, items sold offline), SiteGiant's available quantities update across all connected marketplaces. This prevents overselling on Shopee when stock has run out in the warehouse.

Marketplace Order to AutoCount Invoice

Orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other marketplaces managed through SiteGiant are synced into AutoCount as sales invoices. Each order captures line items, quantities, pricing, customer details, shipping charges, and payment method. In Starter, orders are pulled and posted manually. In Essential and Premium, orders are pulled and invoices are generated automatically (requires API Module).

Marketplace Fee Recording

Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok charge platform fees, commission, shipping subsidies, and transaction charges on every order. The plugin captures these fees from SiteGiant and records them in AutoCount — so your accounting reflects the actual net amount received, not just the gross order value. Essential and Premium auto-retrieve fees using SiteGiant's token. Starter requires manual token entry for Shopee fees.

Auto Credit Note for Returns & Cancellations

When a marketplace order is cancelled, returned, or marked as lost/damaged after the invoice has been posted in AutoCount, the Essential and Premium packages automatically create a Credit Note in AutoCount. No manual reversal needed — the accounting adjusts itself when SiteGiant reports the order status change.

Channel-Level Configuration

Configure settings independently for each marketplace channel — Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and others. Each channel can have its own customer code, stock location, project number, invoice number format, and payment method mapping. A Shopee order posts to a different debtor code and stock location than a Lazada order — giving you marketplace-level reporting and analysis in AutoCount.

Purchase Order Sync (Premium Only)

Map SiteGiant suppliers to AutoCount creditor codes. Auto-sync Purchase Orders from AutoCount to SiteGiant for supplier ordering. When SiteGiant completes stock-in (supplier delivery received), the plugin automatically creates a Goods Received Note in AutoCount. This closes the procurement loop — PO in AutoCount, fulfilment tracked in SiteGiant, GRN back in AutoCount.

POS Member Point Integration (Premium Only)

For businesses running AutoCount POS alongside SiteGiant's online member programme, Premium syncs member loyalty points between both systems. Customers earn points on POS transactions that sync to SiteGiant. Customers can redeem SiteGiant points at the POS counter. Member info changes in SiteGiant sync back to AutoCount POS — true omnichannel loyalty management.
