AutoCount Cloud Basic Key Features

2 Users + 1 Accountant Access

AutoCount Cloud Basic supports 2 simultaneous users plus 1 accountant login — up from Cloud Lite's 1+1. A business owner and an admin staff can work on the system at the same time while the accountant reviews and manages books separately. Essential for Malaysian SMEs where more than one person handles billing, purchasing, or data entry.

SST Module

This is the defining upgrade from AutoCount Cloud Lite. AutoCount Cloud Basic includes the SST module for Malaysian Sales and Services Tax compliance. Generate SST-02 returns, track taxable and exempt transactions, and ensure your business meets Royal Malaysian Customs Department requirements — all within the cloud accounting system. If your business is SST-registered, Cloud Lite is not sufficient — Cloud Basic is the minimum.

Recurring Transactions

It also doubles user access from 1+1 to 2+1 and upgrades sales and purchase reporting from monthly summaries to full detailed analysis. If your business is SST-registered, needs recurring transaction automation, or requires P&L reports — Cloud Lite is not enough and Cloud Basic is the minimum tier.

What AutoCount Cloud Basic Does NOT Include

Who Should Buy AutoCount Cloud Basic?

SST-Registered Malaysian SMEs

If your business is registered for Sales and Services Tax, AutoCount Cloud Basic is the minimum cloud edition that includes the SST module. Cloud Lite does not support SST — you cannot file SST-02 returns from it.
